amazing, amazing, amazing
The location is incredible. just steps from Universal Studios, making it so easy to pop back to the hotel during the day. I absolutely loved the rooftop onsen! It was such a relaxing experience with stunning views of the city skyline while soaking in the warm waters. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. I indulged in a variety of Japanese options like curry rice and anchovies from Wakayama!

Quite disappointing that there are no complimentary water bottles!!! The blackout curtains fail at blocking sunlight, resulting in early wakes from Mr Sun. Additionally, I encountered an unpleasant smell in one of the elevators!!!

The location is perfect for visiting Universal Studios and Osaka Aquarium. it's just a short walk from the JR station. The housekeeping staff made our stay comfortable by keeping the room clean every day. The Standard Twin Room with Sofa Bed fit my family well and offered a nice view of the city.
